Dune Road Project
This project was designed for clients who love to host large family gatherings. The house is 12,000 square feet and was not originally built by our client. Our challenge was to make the home feel less formal. We worked to tone down the very Italianate aesthetic to create a sophisticated, yet fun and comfortable coastal home nestled in the dunes.
