When sourcing directly through these partners, we are often able to extend preferred client pricing—typically reflecting approximately 20% below suggested retail—on qualifying items. Products sourced outside of our direct network are priced at reasonable retail. All pricing is handled transparently.

For Full-Service Interior Design and Signature Residences, procurement is managed through Sea Green Designs to ensure quality, continuity, and accountability. Design Foundations clients receive a plan they may implement independently.

Yes. We regularly work with clients who are not local to their homes and have processes in place to support remote collaboration.
