For the rooms we had the privilege to design for the 2017 Hampton Designer Showhouse sponsored by Traditional Home Magazine, I envisioned the space potentially being used by either guests or the home owner themselves. It makes a wonderful space for a guest who might need a space to work or reflect. However, I also envisioned it as a space the home owner could keep for themselves when they need to get away from a house full of guests…I think it would be a wonderful place to write a book.
